Superintent is operated by Jun Liao. This notice covers information you submit when requesting a demo, pilot or contact, including through text messages, lead forms or email.
What we receive
We receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, company, role, project location and answers about the paperwork task you want help with. LinkedIn may also provide the ad or campaign associated with your request.
How we use it
We use request information to respond, assess whether Superintent fits your needs, agree a pilot scope and arrange a meeting or follow-up. We may use AI-assisted internal tools to organize requests and help draft responses.
Where request records are kept
Requests are kept in the messaging and lead-form services you use to contact us, email and private internal working records used to manage your inquiry. The services used for these records process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your request information or publish it in marketing materials.
We keep records while managing your inquiry and any agreed follow-up.
Your requests and choices
You can ask us to stop following up, correct your information or delete the request information we hold by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information. LinkedIn separately controls its own platform records; you can review LinkedIn's privacy policy for those practices.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers contact requests. Access to your company's systems and the handling of project information are agreed separately before a pilot starts.
