Superintent is operated by Jun Liao. This notice covers visits to this website and information you submit when requesting a demo, pilot or contact, including through text messages, lead forms or email.
What we receive
We receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, company, role, project location and answers about the paperwork task you want help with. Meta or LinkedIn may also provide the ad or campaign associated with your request.
How we use it
We use request information to respond, assess whether Superintent fits your needs, agree a pilot scope and arrange a meeting or follow-up. We may use AI-assisted internal tools to organize requests and help draft responses.
Where request records are kept
Requests are kept in the messaging and lead-form services you use to contact us, email and private internal working records used to manage your inquiry. The services used for these records process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell your request information or publish it in marketing materials.
We keep records while managing your inquiry and any agreed follow-up.
Website measurement
We use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits, coarse demo-video milestones and taps on links that open a text to Superintent. Meta receives browser and device information, the page visited, and these events, and may use cookies to associate them with an ad or Meta account. This helps us measure advertising and find people likely to contact us.
A text-button tap records intent to contact us; it does not tell us whether a message was sent. Our tracking code does not send your message text, contact details, or project information as event parameters. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are not enabled by our code.
On the public homepage, we also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay to understand scrolling, clicks and demo playback. Clarity may receive browser and device information, page URLs and interaction data. We request that Clarity advertising and analytics cookies remain denied; cookieless recording is still website measurement. Our code does not load Clarity on this privacy page or private documents, and it excludes unrecognized page parameters or nonpublic referring URLs. We do not send contact details, project data, SMS bodies or customer identifiers as custom measurement data. Learn more in Microsoft's privacy statement.
You can turn off website measurement for this browser below. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track when your browser sends them. Turning it off saves your choice, clears the measurement cookies available to this website and reloads the page when a measurement service has been requested. Turning measurement off does not affect your ability to text or email us. Learn more in Meta's privacy policy.
Website measurement requires JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, this website does not load Meta or Clarity.
Your requests and choices
You can ask us to stop following up, correct your information or delete the request information we hold by emailing [email protected]. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information. LinkedIn separately controls its own platform records; you can review LinkedIn's privacy policy for those practices.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers this website and contact requests. Access to your company's systems and the handling of project information are agreed separately before a pilot starts.
